Small Business Saturday is this weekend! It's a day to support your local community and economy by shopping for your holiday necessities at local stores owned by people in your community, especially those which sell items made by local makers. We at HammerSpace are doing our part to support our fellow Kansas City makers by offering a community workshop that allows them to use their skills and talents, without limitations.
We also want to encourage everyone to try and create something special with their own two hands this holiday season, for themselves or a loved one. People appreciate gifts that were made with them in mind. It's a gift made with love, not money. Don't have the skills you wish you had to make something special? HammerSpace offers a wide variety of classes to people of all ages & groups. Everything from woodworking, metalsmithing, 3D printing, Electronics, Molding & Casting, and much more. Our classes are listed on our CALENDAR PAGE, and more are added regularly.
