We had a makertastic weekend at Maker Faire KC 2014 representing
HammerSpace, taking visitors on a voyage through space in
our HammerSpace built, Artemis powered, interactive spaceship simulator exhibit, and
meeting other talented makers from all over the Midwest and beyond. A big maker thank you to all of our friends and members who helped out throughout the weekend. To Luis E. Rodriguez and the Union Station crew and sponsors for organizing this amazing event. And to Dale Dougherty and the nice people at MAKE Magazine for encouraging and supporting the maker movement through events like Maker Faire.

If you want to learn more about HammerSpace Community Workshop & Makerspace, and meet some of the creative, talented members and mentors who use our facility to build, make, and innovate, please join us for our weekly Open House THIS THURSDAY, 6-9PM for new visitors, friends, and families.
Get a tour of the workshop, see the impressive collection of tools and equipment that are available for use at any time to HammerSpace members, and get inspired to become a member and start (or finish) some projects of your own in a social environment buzzing with other maker-minded people. Join individually or as a group or club (see membership rates on our website). Plenty of parking, playroom for the kiddos, and much more. Hope you can join us, and thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and exhibit over Maker Faire weekend.
Oh, and by the way... The entireHammerspace interactive exhibit is now FOR SALE!
