This class (like every HammerSpace class) is open to both members and non-members.
In this class, you will learn how to forge a knife blank out of a railroad spike (provided), and begin the stock reduction that will make it into a finished knife. Learn how to use a coal forge and blacksmith tools to shape steel. Finishing and heat treating will be covered in part two of this class, held on the following Sunday, 11am-3pm.
For ages: 18+
Cost: $25/person or $20/person if you bring a bag of Lump Charcoal.
All materials included. Fee to be paid at time of class.
